My selections and review of Traditional tea
Darjeeling
Medium body tea with bright aromas of a first flush Darjeeling, alongside pineapple and grapefruit, as well as the darker stone apricots and plum fruits.
All India
Medium-bodied black tea made from the three best regions: Assam, Darjeeling, and Nilgiri. Each, with its own special strengths in body, briskness, and aroma, yields a delightful melange.
Lapsang Souchong
Medium to full-bodied tea with flavors of pine smoke, accompanied by some dark stone fruit and spice.
Formosa Oolong
Nutty and toasty aroma with subtle sweet notes of peaches and roasted carrots covered by toasted walnuts.
Moroccan Mint
Traditional Moroccan blend of Organic Gunpowder Green tea and dried mint, with roasty tea notes accented by refreshing mint flavors.
